We are excited to help you plan your outdoor family session. As we understand that every family is unique and the number of family members may vary, we are here to help and suggest locations that best suit your family's needs and advise you on your outfits so that your photos can reflect your family's style and personality. Our experienced photographer will capture your best angles and provide you with up to 20 professionally edited photos that highlight your family's unique features. You will be able to access these photos through a secure online gallery, which can be accessed from anywhere in the world. The gallery allows you to download your photos in the highest quality, making it easier for you to share them with your loved ones and cherish your special memories together.
Cancellation Policy
The Sessions will be held at The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company Wyke Manor Wick Pershore Worcestershire WR10 3NZ !!!Before booking with us please make sure you purchase your ticket to the Confetti field first as this is not included in the booking process!!! You can book your entrance ticket to the Confetti Flower field at: https://www.confettidirect.co.uk/.../confetti-fields-2024/ To confirm your booking, an upfront payment of at least £30 is required. If you prefer a different package, you can reserve your time slot and then upgrade after your booking is confirmed. You can do this by contacting us via WhatsApp at 07592518439 or by email at marina.militaru.photography@gmail.com. The fee includes a 15-20 minute photography session, with 3 images taken during the session professionally edited and available for download through a password-protected gallery. This package is suitable for families of up to 4 people and there is an option to purchase additional digital files or upgrade to a different package. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, but you can transfer your session to someone else or apply the credit to a future session. Both the client and the photographer must agree on a re-shoot date if needed. Late arrivals will result in a deduction from the total session time. No re-shoots or refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction with attire, makeup, or hairstyling choices. The photographer has the right to choose which photographic materials are released to the client and retains exclusive ownership of all photographic materials. Gallery proofs will be provided within 2-3 weeks from the session date. The photographer owns the copyright for all images produced and has the exclusive right to reproduce them for various purposes. The client assures that they have the authority to consent to the use of the likeness of all individuals featured in the portrait. The client agrees to defend the photographer in case of litigation arising from such use. Any duplication or modification of the original images is prohibited without the written permission of the photographer. The client can use the prints and digital files for personal use only as outlined in the agreement. Prohibited uses include entering the prints into contests, using them for commercial purposes, or authorizing reproduction by others.
